Today I discovered this blog, and boy, you sure sound like me. Did I create this at 4 in the morning a few weeks ago? :^)

I am going to add this blog to my blog list on my Vaspers the Great web usability blog and my Mentally Correct Marketing blog.

We need more information, studies, definitions on Word of Mouth advertising. Thanks for this definition, very marketing text oriented, needed very much.

You may enjoy my analysis of Martha Stewart's "marthatalks" web site at:

Or, even more relevant to this post and to others on your site here, my post on how offshore outsourcing, negative Word of Mouth, and shoddy customer service is suicidal for corporations:

Keep up the great work. You've just acquired a new, and fiercely loyal, fan.
