I had a problem when I read this line, "In her Jade persona, she emailed all Teamers..."

Maybe I am misinterpreting this but I find it disengenuis to create a persona that is "close to the star" in order to communicate with fans. Why not a real person using a real voice?

Patrick,
I didn't understand this phrase either. I wasn't sure if that was how Jade described it, or it was the license that the article writer took in describing the tone of Jade's writing.

Excellent point.

You want to talk about an industry who is doing just that--"channeling evangelistic fervor into useful activities to grow the overall customer base and increase demand for products." Check out the head-of-the-line privs you get with this product. And the people who share it, use it!

Thank you for making this site available. You both put out some good information. I will be periodic. Thanks for your insight.
