woot.com is one of the most fun websites that actually sells stuff that I've seen. I'm sure I'm not the only one who goes back just to see what they've written about today's item. I may just buy something someday! Their FAQ's mirror the front page text, and they obviously spend a lot of time thinking about what a customer (or potential customer) wants to see.
