The fun folks at business bookseller 800-CEO-READ have just launched inBubbleWrap. It's like Woot. But for business stuff.

And unlike Woot, the stuff is all free.

Jacob,
According to the Frequently Asked Questions on their website (http://www.inbubblewrap.com/faq.php), you don't technically have to live in the U.S. But you would have to provide them a U.S. mailing address to which they could ship the prize.
