Here's a new effort from Dan Pallotta that's sure to appeal to some customer-evangelist types or Fast Company fans: CThings.

It's a variation of Slashdot but focused on people or companies trying to change the world with their work, ideas or products.

Think of it as an antidote to 24-hour cable news.
