Now available for download
The audio version of "Creating Customer Evangelists" is now available for download via Audible.com.
We were going to wait until the book was ferried across the transom to iTunes to make note of it here, but that's taking a bit longer than planned... plus, Steve Rubel scooped us on our own announcement. I have a theory that Steve is part-man, part-machine. He isn't Steve Rubel; he's Steve Austin.
Our thanks to the Jennifer at Audible who kicked their digital production of the book into high gear several weeks ago. And, our thanks to Seth (Sensei!) for doing a terrific and funny audio foreword.

I must be some sort of geek because I got this a while back from Audible, and it is GREAT! I love listening to it while I'm working out, though I think I'm also going to get it in "real" book form for all the notes I wanted to take but couldn't. Thanks Ben & Jackie!
Since I got my iPod I've had this "free download from Audible" thing sitting on my shelf. Seeing this I thought I'd give it a go, and I have to say the book is fantastic.
I've now ordered 10 copies of the book (and a couple on CD) for my team to try and get them revved up on the ideas. We are an internal technology department (with a captive customer), but with a horrible reputation amongst our customers. Two months in, with some of the things I took away from the book, we're already seeing a turn around in our customer satisfaction results.
Thanks guys - Fantastic book, with deep relevance to anyone with a customer relationship. Not just for those with a product to sell; For me as a captive supplier, the relationship IS the product.
