Super-size communities
Paul Williams has discovered some big -- really big -- community-building underway in Dubai: Three of the largest man-made islands in the world set to take shape as master-planned communities.

This is a really cool idea. Good way to make tones of money, as long as you help the economy and the people of the main land. However is playing with natures plan for landscaping a good idea?
I can see that it is in a way preserving natural small islands from the wear and tear of tourism, but changing the oceans currents by creating islands like such, in close proximity might lead to negative effects in the long run.
I guess what basically trying to say is to be careful when you play god, sometimes natural human error nips us in the bud.
