indeed that is one take away of BaroBlogs for the June 06 wave (82% want to voice their bad experience)... on the more positive side of things people are also willing to voice their good experiences (61%) with the brand as well...even more importantly they perceive brand blogs as a great initiative from brands to connect with their customers...98% that said so see that as having a positive influence on thei brand perception...Encouraging? no?

Early October 06, we will have the next wave of BaroBlogs results with US data information as well. I will of course share with all.
