Stumbled across this thanks to Mitch Joel. Simple, effective, well laid out plan. Definitely will share with others. -quick side note the font size in the comments text field seems a bit tiny, just an FYI.

I wonder if this is a cultural thing but in the southern hemisphere countried I have worked in, OBJECTIVES have always been the measured outputs and goals have been considered more 'macro'?
