Jackie ... while the definition is simple, the doing is hard. Any business action that earns a customer recommendation gives marketers a wide open space to spark word of mouth. When businesses do it right and do it often, the result will be evangelical customers. Thanks for sharing the video ditty from WOMMA and Room214.

Excellent video, certainly something we are interested in as a relatively new business with a limited marketing budget. We are working hard on getting the job done right and building a credible reputation, something very difficult in the automotive industry
